Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of Loved and Remembered at lovedandremembered.com (“the service”, “we”, “us”). By creating a memory page or sharing a memory, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

What we provide

A memory page for one person who has passed away, where guests can record, write or upload memories and photos. Memories are saved to the Google Drive of the family member who manages the page. The service also includes printable QR code cards and the page settings described on our For families page.

Price, payment and refunds

  • A memory page costs $39 (US dollars), paid once. There is no subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • If the service isn’t right for your family, email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. A refunded page stays open so nothing is cut off mid-service.

Families who manage a page

  • You must have the family’s permission to create a page in someone’s memory.
  • Keep the page password safe. Anyone with it can change the page and its settings.
  • Memories are saved to your Google Drive. You are responsible for that account and for the files in it, and for how you share them.
  • You choose when the page stops accepting memories. Files already in your Drive are always yours.

Guests who share memories

  • Share only content you have the right to share, such as your own recordings, words and photos.
  • By sharing, you give the family permission to keep, use and share what you contributed, for example at a gathering or with relatives.
  • Be kind. Don’t share anything hateful, harassing, explicit or unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Because memories are saved straight to your own Google Drive, they don’t depend on our service once saved.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the page involved.

Ending or removing a page

You can ask us to delete a page at any time. We may remove a page that breaks these terms. Deleting a page doesn’t affect memories already saved to the family’s Google Drive.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and its effective date. The terms in place when you bought a page continue to apply to that purchase.
